So, 8 things that help you learn French. Think of this video as a check-list of things to do around your French study. Check out which ones you’re already doing and let me know in the comments below.
1- Focus on the important words, and cut off all unnecessary words so you don’t waste time and effort on them.
2- Eat a healthy diet and make sure to include fish and nuts so your brain runs well
3 – Sleep, because sleep deprivation will affect all aspects of your life and it’s not worth the few hours you gain.
4 – Exercises, because it will make you healthier, happier, more creative and boost your motivation, mood and ability to learn
5 – Watch your willpower and use it for what matters most, you know, like learning French rather than deciding what to watch on netflix.
6 – Take advantage of your most productive time slot. Whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, you know when you learn better. Use that time.
7 – Meditate. It helps quiet your mind and be more focused.
8 – Practice in your dream. You can even do it on purpose.
