The Exploding Heads are back on EA Sports’ “FIFA 20” to simulate which side would prevail if the Premier League’s oldest players took on the youngest. Manchester City rising star Phil Foden couldn’t make the starting XI for the younger squad, but he would have a role to play when the teams took the match inside to settle matters with a five-a-side showdown.
The older XI: Wilfredo Caballero (Chelsea), Jose Holebas (Watford), Phil Jagielka (Sheffield United), Wes Morgan (Leicester City), Pablo Zabaleta (West Ham), Leighton Baines (Everton), Fernandinho (Manchester City), Phil Bardlsey (Burnley), James Milner (Liverpool), David Silva (Man City), Glenn Murray (Brighton & Hove Albion)
For the youngsters: Aaron Ramsdale (Bournemouth), Bukayo Saka (Arsenal), Brandon Williams (Manchester United), Eric Garcia (Man City), Oliver Skipp (Tottenham), Billy Gilmour (Chelsea), Callum Hudson-Odoi (Chelsea), Ryan Sessegnon (Tottenham), Mason Greenwood (Man United), Michael Obafemi (Southampton), Gabriel Martinelli (Arsenal)
