Tracks @ The Staysh Hiroshima Hearts EP12

In this episode, Miss Marcie interviews London, ON based band, Hiroshima Hearts Live @ The Staysh.

Hiroshima Hearts plays high energy, dance-friendly rock and roll stripped down to its core elements of guitar, bass, drums, and vocals. It’s no frills, no unnecessary ornamentation – leaning into their songs with grit and gumption. Their live shows are an explosion of sweat and stomping on the stage and in the crowd.

Miss Marcie starts the interview by introducing the band, which consists of founding members Tyler Turek (guitar) and Michael Del Vecchio (bass), Jen Marino (vocals), and Mark Swan (drums). She then dives right the band’s first song: “Rust”. After dancing along to that song, Marcie dives a little deeper to discover the band’s songwriting process, which helps explain their eclectic sound. After that, it’s the band showing that process in progress, rocking the rafters at the Staysh and letting us know that the if you want rock, they got it!
