George Lundberg, a former editor of JAMA, is now the Chief Medical Officer and Editor in Chief of CollabRx. It is a San Francisco-based data analytics startup that does applied oncogenomics. They have two main products: Cancer Rx and a Genetic Variant Annotation (GVA) Service.
