This is a promotional anime for a card/arcade game, and will not be released on TV in an official capacity, so there won’t be any legal way to watch the series. Specifically, this promotional anime covers the Prison Planet arc, a story told in the SDBH manga published in the bimonthly Saikyō Jump.

Super Dragon Ball Heroes is a Japanese original net animation and promotional anime series for the card and video games of the same name. Similar to Dragon Ball GT, it is a manga-inspired installment of the Dragon Ball media franchise, created by Toei Animation instead of franchise creator Akira Toriyama.
